Ozen 500
First use: My morning shake includes 2 frozen bananas, ~2 cups spinach, spirulina, 12 oz. of almond milk, a little olive oil, almond extract, and a little Agave. (My previous blender is no slouch -- it is a Champ HP3 -- develops 3 HP -- more powerful than a Vitamix). This morning's first use of the Ozen 500 yielded me an absolutely sublime shake. There was no hint of discoloration and no fine bubbles! Although I typically drink the shake right away, if I leave a little bit from the old blender in an old Gator Aide bottle I use, it turns an ugly army-green color if left for even a couple of hours. The Ozen 500 blended superbly -- there were NO chunks of anything -- and I used the Smart button. The most incredible aspect to my shake was the "mouth feel". It felt more like a liquid then ever before. I have been using my old blender for about 10 years, and I know how it typically tastes. This Ozen 500-blended shake was MARKEDLY better! I really hope that the reliability will be there, but I am confident it will be.
Everything about this Ozen 500 speaks to me of quality, so I hope to be using it for a very long time!
